LostnReturned products are designed for everyday use on personal belongings to help reconnect you with lost items. They are not safety devices and should be used responsibly.
Please keep in mind:
- Our products are not toys
- Not suitable for children under 3 years (small parts and ingestion risk)
- Children should use products with LostnReturned items under appropriate supervision, taking into account the child’s age and intended use
- Do not place products in the mouth or allow chewing
- Products are primarily designed for use on belongings and not for direct contact with skin unless explicitly stated (for example, wearable items such as lanyards)
- You are responsible for ensuring the product is suitable for your intended use and checking it is in good condition before each use
- Inspect before use and regularly. Do not use if damaged
- Discontinue use immediately if any item becomes damaged, broken, cracked, or develops sharp edges
- If irritation or discomfort occurs, discontinue use immediately
2. Stickers – Safety & Use
LostnReturned stickers are designed for use on clean, dry, smooth, non-porous surfaces such as bags, bottles, luggage, laptops, tablets, phones, and other everyday belongings.
Important:
- Not designed for application to skin
- Not a toy. Not suitable for children under 3 years (small parts)
- Keep away from young children
- Do not apply over safety labels, warnings, or instructions
Use & Care:
- Apply only to clean, dry surfaces to ensure proper adhesion
- If you are unsure how a surface will react to the adhesive, test on a small, inconspicuous area before full application
- Avoid contact with eyes. If adhesive comes into contact with the eyes, rinse gently with clean water and seek medical advice if irritation persists
- Avoid prolonged exposure to water, heat, or friction, as this may reduce adhesion (e.g. dishwashers or repeated washing)
- Keep clean and dry. Replace if edges lift or the sticker becomes damaged
3. Key Ring – Safety & Use
The LostnReturned Key Ring is designed for holding keys and small everyday items.
Important:
- Not a toy. Not suitable for children under 3 years
- Contains small metal components (choking hazard)
- Keep away from young children
Use & Care:
- Edges are designed to be smooth, but like any metal item may pinch or scratch if handled roughly
- Take care during attachment to avoid pinching or scratching
- Keep clean and dry
- Inspect before use and regularly. Do not use if damaged
4. Luggage Tag – Safety & Use
The LostnReturned Luggage Tag is designed to be attached to bags and luggage.

- Not intended to be worn on the body
- Not a toy. Not suitable for children under 3 years
- Keep away from young children
Use & Care:
- Use the supplied loop or strap as intended
- Do not allow children to chew or play with the tag or attachment
- Keep clean and dry
- Replace if the loop/attachment shows signs of wear or damage
- Inspect before use and regularly. Do not use if damaged
5. Wallet Card – Safety & Use
The LostnReturned Wallet Card is designed to be carried inside wallets, purses, card holders, or bags.

- Not a toy. Not suitable for children under 3 years
- Keep away from young children
Use & Care:
- Do not chew or place in the mouth
- Keep clean and dry
- Inspect before use and regularly. Do not use if damaged

6. Pet Tag – Safety & Use
The LostnReturned Pet Tag is designed to be attached to pet collars to help identify and reconnect pets with their owner if they become lost. It is a recovery aid and not a tracking or safety device.

- Contains small parts (choking hazard)
- For use on pet collars only
- Keep away from young children
Use & Care:
- Not designed for chewing
- Ensure the tag is securely attached to a suitable collar before use
- Keep clean and dry
- Replace if damaged
- Check the attachment and condition regularly, especially for active pets
- Avoid use in environments where the tag may become caught or snagged

7. Recovery ID Tag – Safety & Use
The LostnReturned Recovery ID Tag is designed to help identify and reconnect individuals with their owner, parent, or guardian if they become separated. It is a recovery aid and not a safety device.
This product helps with identification and reconnection only — it does not prevent wandering, injury, or loss.

Use & Care:

8. Recovery ID Lanyard – Safety & Use
The LostnReturned Recovery ID Lanyard is designed to be used with compatible tags to support identification and reconnection in everyday environments. It is not a safety device.
Strangulation hazard
Important:
- Not a toy. Not suitable for children under 3 years
- Always use the breakaway safety clasp as designed
- The breakaway clasp is designed to reduce risk but does not eliminate the risk of injury
- Only use the lanyard with the original breakaway clasp provided. Do not replace or modify the clasp
- Do not modify, tie, tape, or disable the breakaway mechanism
- Do not use during sleep or unsupervised rest
- Avoid use in environments where it may become caught or snagged
- Keep away from moving machinery, playground equipment (e.g. climbing frames), sports activities, or high-snag environments
Use & Care:
- Must be fitted and checked by a parent or guardian when used by children
- Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring safe use and assessing suitability for the child’s age and environment
- This product is not a substitute for supervision
- Do not use as a toy, jewellery, or for play
- Do not allow wrapping, swinging, or pulling around the neck
- Always instruct children on how to wear and remove the lanyard safely
- Keep clean and dry
- Store out of reach of young children when not in use
- Inspect before use and regularly. Do not use if damaged
- If irritation occurs where the lanyard contacts the skin, discontinue use
9. Metal Components & Loops
Some products include metal components such as split rings, stainless steel loops, and tag attachments.

10. Care & Maintenance

- Ensure all attachments (e.g. loops, rings, clasps) remain secure and correctly fitted during use
- Inspect items regularly for signs of wear or damage
- Replace or dispose of damaged components immediately
- Keep products clean and dry
- Store out of reach of young children when not in use
11. Disposal
- Dispose of damaged or worn items safely and promptly
- Keep small parts away from children and pets
- Recycle metal components where facilities exist
- Dispose of plastics and mixed materials in accordance with local regulations
