How do I add more items to my account?
You don’t need to! Your QR code works for any item it’s stuck on. Just apply a sticker, and it’s ready to go. Need more stickers? You can order extra packs at any time by logging into your account. You can also manage your contact details and preferences there.
How does LostnReturned work?
Set up a membership, and we’ll create your personal recovery page and unique QR code. Stick the QR code on your items, and if someone finds one, they scan it with their phone (no app needed). They fill out a secure form, you get notified instantly, and you arrange the return on your terms. Simple, secure, and stress-free.

Anything that matters to you — keys, laptops, water bottles, luggage, backpacks, tools, kids’ gear, and more. If you can stick a QR code on it, you can use LostnReturned with it.
What makes LostnReturned different from tracking devices?
Tracking devices can show you where your item is, but they can’t help you get it back. They also need batteries, charging, and ongoing maintenance. LostnReturned creates a direct, human connection between you and whoever finds your item. No batteries required, no charging, just a simple sticker. It makes recovery possible even when tracking fails. It’s about people helping people.
Will LostnReturned guarantee my item will be returned?
Are the stickers durable?
Our stickers are laminated and built to last. They’re tested for UV exposure, water resistance, and scratch resistance, so they can handle rain, splashes, and daily use on water bottles, laptops, keys, and more. While they’re water-resistant and can handle being rinsed or wiped down, we recommend avoiding dishwashers for best longevity.
Can I customize the stickers with my own design?

Do the stickers work on all surfaces?
Our stickers work best on smooth, clean, non-porous surfaces like metal, plastic, glass, and coated wood. They may not adhere as well to textured, fabric, or silicone surfaces. For best results, apply them to a flat, dry area.
How can I get more stickers?
Need more stickers? You can download and print your QR code yourself for free, or order extra sticker packs from us starting at £6.99. Just log in to your account to download your code or browse sticker options.
What sizes do the stickers come in?
We offer stickers in six sizes to fit different items:
- XS — 20 × 20 mm
- S — 30 × 30 mm
- M — 40 × 40 mm
- L — 60 × 60 mm
- XL — 80 × 80 mm
- XXL — 130 × 130 mm

What’s the best way to apply the stickers?
Clean and dry the surface first, then peel and stick. Press firmly for 10–15 seconds to ensure a strong bond. For best results, let the adhesive cure for 24 hours before exposing it to water or heavy use.
Will the stickers damage my items when removed?
Our stickers use strong adhesive designed for long-term use, so they may leave slight residue when removed. Most surfaces clean up easily with rubbing alcohol or adhesive remover. We recommend testing on a small area first if you’re concerned about delicate finishes.
Can I cancel any time?
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription any time — no contracts, no hassle. Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period, so you can continue using your personal recovery webpage until then. Once your membership expires, your recovery webpage will no longer be active, so finders won’t be able to contact you if your item is lost. You can always reactivate your membership later if you change your mind.
Can I change my membership plan or cancel any time?
Yes! You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your membership at any time through your account dashboard. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and if you cancel, your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period before your recovery page is deactivated.
Do I need a subscription, or can I just buy stickers?
LostnReturned is a subscription service that includes your unique QR code, personal recovery webpage, and premium stickers. Your subscription keeps the recovery service active, so if your item goes missing, finders can reach you and help you get it back. It’s peace of mind that works for as long as you need it.
How many items can I use LostnReturned with?
What’s included in each membership plan?
We offer two plans: Peace of Mind – Includes your unique QR code, personal recovery webpage, 6 premium stickers, and unlimited item coverage.
Peace of Mind Pro – Everything in Peace of Mind, plus 16 stickers (including XL sizes), Direct Contact options, 25% off extra sticker packs, and priority support.
Both plans include a one-time £5 setup fee. You can download and print extra QR codes for free at any time.
Can we brand the stickers with our company logo?

Can we manage multiple locations or teams?

How quickly can we get started?
Most business setups are completed within 3–5 business days after we finalise your requirements. Custom branding and larger orders may take a bit longer. Contact us at business@lostnreturned.com to discuss your timeline.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
There’s no minimum! Whether you need 10 stickers or 1,000, we can create a solution that fits your needs. Get in touch at business@lostnreturned.com to get started.

Do I need to activate my QR code before using it?
No! Your QR code is already linked to your account and ready to go as soon as you register. You can test it any time by scanning one of your stickers and filling in the finder form to see how it works.
How do I update my contact information?
You can update your contact details any time by logging into your account dashboard. Changes take effect immediately.
I haven’t received my welcome pack yet. What should I do?
We aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 business days. If it’s been longer, please contact us via our Contact page, and we’ll track it down for you.
What happens if my sticker gets damaged or worn out?
What if my QR code isn’t scanning properly?
Ensure the sticker is clean and well-lit. If issues persist, try scanning with a different device. Still having trouble? Use our Contact page, and we’ll send you a replacement sticker at no charge.
